My progress looks different after reinstalling.
Game progress is saved locally on your device. Removing the app may remove its local save. Check your device backup settings before deleting the app.
I’m stuck on a packing rule.
Open the level’s Packing Rules note and review the item guide beside the suitcase. Rules introduced for the first time include an on-screen walkthrough. If something still seems unclear, email us with the level name and a screenshot.
An item won’t fit or an interaction seems broken.
Include the item names, the steps you took, and a screenshot or short screen recording. This helps us reproduce the puzzle state.
How do I request deletion of a support email?
Email [email protected] from the address you used and ask us to delete the correspondence.
