This policy explains how Capy Pack It! (“the game”, “we”) handles information. For questions, contact [email protected].

Information stored on your device

The game saves the information needed to continue playing. It stays in the app’s local storage and is not uploaded to our game servers:

• Current level, unlocked levels, and earned stars
• Your in-progress suitcase layout, item placements, and move count
• Which item and mechanic guides you have seen
• Language, sound, music, haptic, and reduced-motion settings

Your device may include this local data in backups according to your operating-system settings. Deleting the game removes its local save from the device.

Information we do not collect

The game does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifier, or browsing history. It does not require an account, connect to a game server, show ads, offer in-app purchases, use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, or track you across other apps or websites.

Sharing a postcard

If you choose Share on iOS, the game creates a postcard image and opens Apple’s system share sheet with that image and a short caption. Nothing is sent until you choose a destination. The selected app or service receives the content you share and handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive a copy or get notified about where you shared it. On platforms without the system share sheet, the postcard is saved locally for you to share yourself.

Apple and other services

Apple operates the App Store and iOS system sharing. Apple may process information about app downloads or diagnostics according to your device and Apple account settings. When you use the share sheet, the destination you choose may process the postcard and caption under its own privacy terms. The game does not send information to these services in the background.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to include. We use it to reply and address the issue, keep it only as long as needed for that purpose, and do not sell it. You can ask us to delete your support email and its contents by writing to the same address, unless we must retain them by law.

This website

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website and may process connection information such as IP address, routing data, and browser or network details under its Privacy Policy. The website’s hosting provider may also process basic request and security information to operate the service. We do not use this information to profile visitors or target ads. This website processing is separate from the game, which does not send gameplay or device data to Cloudflare or the website host.

Children

The game does not collect personal information from players, including children. If you believe you sent personal information to us by email and want it removed, contact us.

Your choices and deletion

You can remove locally saved game data by deleting the app from your device. If you contact us by email, you may request access to or deletion of that support correspondence. The game has no account or server profile to access or delete.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes how information is handled, we will update this page and its effective date before releasing that version. The App Store privacy information will also be updated when required.
